Returns
You may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding original shipping charges.
Return Eligibility:
- Item must be in original packaging and condition
- Seals must be intact and unopened
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@nutranestia.com before sending any items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- We are not responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@nutranestia.com with your order details and a photo (if applicable).
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety standards, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened supplements
- Products marked as “final sale” or promotional items
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Order Issues or Damaged Products
If your item arrived damaged, incorrect, or missing — please email us within 7 days of delivery at support@nutranestia.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A description of the problem
